Stephanie Erlandson - Staff
My name is Stephanie Erlandson and I am originally a Minnesota native. I was born and raised in Breckenridge and grew up with 5 amazing siblings and 2 loving parents. We like to joke that we are "cheaper by the half dozen." I am a Senior Exercise Science major at the University of Jamestown and ran track throughout my athletic career here. I currently teach group fitness classes and am a personal trainer at the Foss Wellness Center. I will begin pursuing my dream career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in the Fall of 2014. My favorite fitness motivational quote is "If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you." Can't wait for the challenges that life has yet to present to me.

Gus Ramasco - Staff
My name is Gus Ramasco and I’m a senior at UJ. I grew up in Winnemucca, Nevada, graduated from Lowry high school in 2009 and I will graduate from the University of Jamestown in the spring of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science. I transferred back to Jamestown after attending the University of Nevada for three semesters, where I studied neuroscience. After graduation, I will hopefully attend the UJ Physical Therapy School in Fargo and get my Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) after three years. I am the president of the exercise science club at UJ and I also play football here.
My favorite forms of exercise are lifting weights, playing sports (basketball, football, racquetball, etc.) and mountain biking. My strength and favorite aspect of training is weight loss, but I am well-trained in resistance training in both muscular strength and muscular endurance. This is my second time administering personal training through the college.
